Ben Green returned to his roots the other day, as he took part in a sponsorship event at his old stomping ground, Brentwood Karting.
The afternoon began with the Century Motorsport driver coaching the current crop of drivers in the Brentwood League; offering them valuable advice on how to improve their current racing, as well as what to aim for and look at in the future.
It was then on to what was one of the most exciting moments of the night, the Century Motorsport BMW M4 GT4 car parade laps. Ben really put on a show, much to the delight of the onlooking crowd, as he unleashed as much of the M4's potential as he could on the narrow, technical Brentwood kart circuit; leaving a trail of rubber to mark where he had been.
Shortly after, a 2 hour endurance event was underway. The winning team, Turn 1 Simulators, was all made up of previous and current Brentwood Race League drivers, including current Ginetta Junior driver Matt Luff and Fiesta Championship front runner Danny Harrison.
